If you’d like to imagine your own character in this situation, feel free, and if you send me the art, I’ll put it up here on the dTnT page. Introduction There has never been a solo written for the first edition of Tunnels and Trolls before. By the time Rick Loomis wrote Buffalo Castle, T & T was already in its second edition, with many.
Just bought Deluxe Tunnels and Trolls for my kids to solo adventure when I'm not available to GM. Any tips for migrating from DnD 5e to dTnT?
One of my kids in particular is begging for more gaming time than I can give right now. I have heard that Tunnels and Trolls has plenty of solo adventures for it, and the new Deluxe edition is out in print, so I picked it up this past weekend. In order to get him started quickly, can someone point out the relevant diffs to me, beyond just 'it's 3d6 instead of d20'?
What ways does TnT shine? Why is it particularly suited to solo adventures, any moreso than 5e?
